Cost calculation

Fill out the application form through the online booking system or download and complete the application form on the school website. The school will contact you via email within 24 (business) hours and confirm your application. Next, you will receive a confirmation of the application and an invoice with payment instructions. Fees are paid in local currency, i.e. in euros. Please note that the registration fee of EUR 75 is payable regardless of the booking form. The accommodation fee of EUR 60 is paid for apartments, university/hostel accommodation, hotel/guest house (the fee is not charged only if you choose to stay with a family). All requests received through the online booking system are subject to availability and confirmation of the reservation. Upon receipt of your booking confirmation and invoice, you must pay a prepayment in order for your seat to be assigned to you. Full payment must be made at least 4 weeks prior to arrival. In case you book training less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment must be made immediately. English language school “The Horner School of English” reserves the right to cancel the booking of the course and accommodation if the full tuition fee has not been received within the specified time limits. Bank transfers within the EU are carried out without payment of a bank fee. In case you make a bank transfer from outside the EU, please add 15 euros to the transfer amount to cover the bank charges.
