Cost calculation

Payment: Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card and must be received in full 14 days before the start of the course. The deposit must be paid immediately after booking. The booking confirmation will be sent only after the deposit has been received. Bank details are provided in the account. Payment must include all bank charges (including fees of the intermediary bank). Visas: — Payment must be made in full before submitting any documents to obtain a visa. Payment for courier mail delivery costs 75USD/80CAD/75GBP/55EUR. If you have been denied a visa and sent a written confirmation to the school 7 days prior to arrival, the school will refund you in full, less non-refundable fees: payment for the course 160USD (US only) ), registration fee, courier fees and bank charges. — If the school receives a written confirmation of the refusal to grant a visa less than 7 days before the date of arrival, in addition to the costs, no Reimbursable (see above) will be charged a fee of 1 week of accommodation and tuition. — If the EU receives visa information less than 7 working days before the student's arrival, EU reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation. — In case of postponement of arrival due to visa delay, EU cannot guarantee accommodation confirmed by When booking. — If the program is cancelled after registration due to EU fault, the student will be refunded all previously paid funds. — Courses lasting up to 4 weeks cannot be cancelled.
