In the school of ethnic drums “TekaDUM” you will get acquainted with the percussion musical instrument - darbuk. During the classes, you will learn the traditional technique of playing, ways to extract sounds (snaps, spanking, clicks, hitting the body, etc.), learn to play solo and in the ensemble. Multi-level training: for beginners, medium level of tool ownership and high level. You can do both on your own and school tools.

About school

The school of ethnic drums “TekaDUM” is the first and only such school in Belarus. The name was chosen not by chance: te is the sound symbol of a blow to the drum with the right hand, ka is the left, and dum is the bare. Playing on ethnic musical instruments is considered an occupation quite exotic.
