Cost calculation

The prepayment amount of USD 475 per participant plus any insurance premiums will be paid upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The balance is paid six weeks before the start of the course. For reservations less than six weeks prior to arrival, the full amount of the reservation must be paid. The price of the reservation is deemed to have been paid when it has been credited to the account provided by Eurocentres on the booking confirmation. When booking a course by phone, fax or mail and paying by credit card, please note that the deposit will be charged ten days after the booking confirmation is sent and the amount of balance will be charged six weeks before the start of the course.
