Information about a program

Children 7-16 years old with different levels of physical fitness are invited to the Swimschool course. The purpose of the course is to help the child feel confident on the water, strengthen health. The classes take place in subgroups: groups for beginners and groups for improving swimming techniques. In the school “Swimschool” will teach everyone to swim!

About school

“Swimschool” is a school whose main activity is to teach children swimming. A branch of the school located in the modern sports complex “Rowing House” (pr. Winners, 18/2), conducts classes for children from 7 to 16 years. Characteristics of the pool SK: three tracks, track length - 25 meters, water temperature - 27-28 degrees. — Improvement of swimming technique. — Strengthening of the musculoskeletal system. — Exercises on the development of physical qualities. — Study of sports ways of swimming. Clings are held twice a week. Duration of 1 lesson — 45 minutes. Recruitment is made in morning, afternoon and evening groups. In the case of skip training it is possible to work with another group.
