Three specializations are offered: — Dietology Bachelor prepares students to become registered nutritionists through a nationally accredited curriculum designed for preparation of students for competitive applications for a controlled practice, also known as dietary internships. — Nutrition and Health Sciences This option is suitable for you if you are interested in studying scientific basis of nutrition for career in medicine and health sciences or in research in nutrition, with special attention to the prevention of chronic diseases. — Food systems and food products Nutrition program will prepare you for a professional career focused on activities in the field of catering, maintenance and use of organic ingredients.
