Cost calculation

— If the entry visa is not granted and the school is informed 8 days or more before the date of the beginning of the registration, full refund, minus the administrative fee of 150.00 euros and 125 pounds and courier (if ordered service) will be sent to the student. If the school is informed 7 days or less before the start date of registration, cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one week (course, accommodation, course fee, airport transfer, etc.), bank charges and courier charges (if ordered) are not refunded. — In all cases proof of visa denial is required. — No refund will be made if the student will be expelled or deported.
