Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card and must be received 14 days in advance. The booking confirmation will be sent only upon receipt of the deposit. Payment must include all bank transfers (including intermediary bank charges). — If the EU cancels the program after registering the student, EC will refund all money that has already been paid. — If you received a visa refusal and sent a written confirmation 7 days prior to arrival, EC will refund you the money in full, less non-refundable fees: payment for the course, registration fee, courier service fee charges and bank charges. $
