Cost calculation

If you wish to cancel your course booking, you must inform the school in writing. If the school receives your notification 28 days prior to the beginning of the course and earlier, all payments made will be refunded (excluding administrative, visa, courier and prepayment). If you are denied a visa and wish to cancel your booking, you must send a confirmation from the embassy to the school. In this case, all payments will be refunded, except for accommodation charges and courier charges, if they have been paid. We recommend that you book accommodation and flight tickets only after obtaining a visa.
