Club of fighting single combats “Professional” unites all fans and professionals who was engaged, engaged or still is only going to start being engaged in any kind of sports — fighting single combats. Martial Arts — sports in which participants physically compete with each other, one on one, without the use of firearms. The club offers classes in such areas as: - karate WKF - a great opportunity for a child to cultivate the best qualities of character and increase physical potential. - MMA - is a full-contact battle, combining many directions, techniques and martial arts schools. Applied shock equipment, wrestling, both in a rack (clinch), and on the floor (orchestra seats). — grappling — martial art, which includes mainly wrestling on the ground. — boxing — fist fight in special gloves according to certain rules between two athletes. — Crossfit — circular training (that is, exercises are constantly repeated, as if closing in a chain), which consists in performing of a certain set of exercises in the minimum time. — MMA group 30 + — group has a reduced level of load and applied orientation. This type of training will help to keep yourself in good physical shape and feel confident in unusual life situations. In the club “Professional” there are adults and children groups with any level of training.
