The program combines a set of disciplines dedicated to both pure and applied mathematics. After successful completion of this program, students will gain a wide experience in the field of fundamental branches of classical and modern analysis, algebra and discrete structures, differential equations, probability theory, theoretical and applied statistics.$ The profile will provide an opportunity for students interested in the development of mathematical skills to study some disciplines at an advanced level, to get acquainted with the trends of modern mathematics and its applied sciences.$ The curriculum prepares students for professional careers or academic activities not only in mathematics but also in other mathematical fields, including finance, economics, $ computer science, science and other fields.$ The program is designed to ensure that graduates after its completion have the following knowledge and skills: — accurately and effectively use basic mathematical information; — learn classical and modern mathematical theories, models and techniques; — to demonstrate free possession of basic and specialized mathematical knowledge and skills; — to create mathematical models and analyze them using wide experience of modern and classical analysis, algebra, discrete mathematics, probability theory, theoretical and applied statistics; — work effectively both individually and in a team over the tasks and problems that require a certain mathematical competence; — to get the ability to highlight the most important information, to do the right logical conclusions, read, understand and design solutions for multistage problems from various fields of mathematical science.
