Cost calculation

After confirmation of the reservation and receipt of the invoice, payment must be made in full as follows: 6 months prior to arrival: 20% non-refundable deposit within 7 days of the date booking confirmation. Full payment must be made 3 months prior to arrival. 3 months prior to arrival: full payment within 7 days of booking confirmation. If cancelled up to 30 days before the start of the course or accommodation, inlingua will refund the full payment, excluding non-refundable fees (Registration/Administrative Fees, Visa Support, Medical insurance). 30 days before the start — Full refund (excluding non-refundable duty*cancellation fee). 14 days before the start — 75% of the invoice (excluding non-refundable duty*cancellation fee). 7 days before the start - 50% of the bill (excluding non-refundable duty*cancellation fee). 3 days before the start - 25% of the bill (excluding non-refundable duty*cancellation fee). Cancellation due to visa denial: 7 days prior to arrival — the cost of 3 days of stay in the family/residence, full stay in the hotel+*non-refundable fees will be charged. Less than 7 days before arrival — the cost of 1 week of study +1 week of stay in the family/residence, full accommodation in the hotel+*non-refundable fees will be charged. (*Non-refundable fees include Registration/Administrative Fees, Visa Support/Courier Service).
