The program is intended for professionals who do not want to stay in their careers, who seek to update their professional knowledge and improve their management skills. Training in a professional magistracy provides training of specialists in the field of management of high qualification, able to successfully work and compete in the field of business activity on the labour market of the Republic of Latvia and the EU. The curriculum of the program “Management and Administration of Entrepreneurship” covers not only various areas of management (interaction of business and state, financial management, $ international marketing, project management, personnel management, application of information technology in management etc.), but also includes such disciplines as taxation of commercial transactions, $ economic integration in Europe, logic and methodology of scientific research, commercial legislation, labor and labor protection legislation, etc., necessary for the head of the highest level. Master's degree entitles the graduate to conduct pedagogical activities and continue his studies in doctoral studies.
