Medical certificate (translated into Polish), which indicates that there are no contraindications for training in the chosen direction;

Photocopy of the passport, visa, visit card, or other document, which gives the right to be in Poland (it is necessary to present also the original for the purpose of confirming the photocopy)

Portfolio submitted by the candidate should include at least 3 drawings made by hand in pencil technique, on sheets in A3 format, in categories: • composition of simple geometric bodies; • drawing from nature; • drawing from imagination.

A certificate confirming knowledge of the Polish language, for example, a one-year training course, is completed in units defined by the Ministry of Higher Education or a certificate issued by the State Commission Certificate Knowledge of Polish as a Foreign language (Państwową Komisję Poświadczenia Znajomości Języka Polskiego jako Obcego).
